I finished Skyward Sword finally

My thoughts

EDIT: There should have been a page break here, but I guess those don’t work anymore. So…. SPOILERS BELOW!

Demise?? I don’t understand why it wasn’t just Ganondorf. I understand that it was supposed to be the first form of his evil or whatever, but… I dunno. I shook my head the moment he uttered the word, “reincarnate”. This is because I dislike the idea of a Zelda timeline. Every story of Zelda should be a separate entity, as if it were the same story of good vs evil, only told by someone else. The idea of reincarnation brings up other questions, like “Shouldn’t technology advance enough to reflect a more modern lifestyle in the later stories?” I just don’t get it.

As far as the game goes, I loved it! Cool puzzles, cool action, cool story bro.

I totally had the old woman figured out as soon as Impa stayed behind. Dat bitch was so predictable. But one thing I didn’t see coming was my love for Groose. I honestly expected some kind of evil possession to take place and Groose would become the corrupted Ganondorf. He had similar enough features for me to be suspicious. But I like how he just turned out to be super helpful. Way to go, buddy.

Anyway, it was a good game. But you can’t help but compare this game to it’s predecessors. Skyward Sword was good, but Twilight Princess was better. That’s all :)

    THIS. Couldn’t agree more.
